The Bulletin of Hispanic Studies invites proposals for its 2023 Special Issue slot. Special Issues should focus on a particular theme, time period, approach or other area of interest that falls within the remit of the Bulletin of Hispanic Studies, broadly defined as encompassing all aspects of literature, linguistics, culture, cultural history, film and visual arts.
Special Issues should be of approx. 50,000 words in total, and normally comprise between 6 and 8 articles, although alternative configurations are also acceptable, provided that they fit within the limit of 50,000 words.
The full contents of the Special Issue should be ready to be submitted to the BHS’s online submission system by 31 December 2021 at the latest.
